About the role
We're currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
You'll lead the team on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every customer gets great service.
Please note: This role is contracted to 49.2 weeks per year
What you'll do
- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
- Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
- Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
- Being a responsible key holder
- Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
