Sales Coordinator – Conference & Events
Are you an experienced and organised Sales Executive with a passion for delivering exceptional events? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Conference & Events team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Events function, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams alike. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in getting every detail just right—this role could be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Enquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails, log enquiries, prepare documentation, and support the Head of Sales in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Diary & Document Control: Maintain team calendars, produce event function sheets and signage, and ensure all documents are accurate and up to date.
Event Coordination: Liaise with operations, chefs, and other departments to clearly communicate event requirements, timings, and special requests.
Client Engagement: Conduct showrounds, support planning meetings, and provide a warm, responsive experience for clients from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
Sales Administration: Raise invoices, track payments, and help maximise revenue from weddings, social occasions, and corporate events.
Feedback & Follow-Up: Reach out to clients after events to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat bookings.
Who You Are:
Confident and capable in Conference & Events sales processes
Experienced in wedding and social event sales, with a strong ability to drive conversions
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and a pride in presentation
A calm and solution-focused multitasker who works well under pressure
A personable and professional communicator, comfortable hosting site visits and client meetings
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your responsibilities
Committed to providing outstanding service and ensuring every event is a success
