As our Sales Manager your role will include:
  • Being responsible for local proactive sales activity working alongside the regional Director of Sales to achieve total hotel budgeted revenue target. 
  • Supporting with sales activity within the local market including local corporate bedrooms accounts.
  • Delivering budgeted banqueting target, with a focus on Christmas, Weddings, and banquet events. 
  • Supporting DOS with any specific activity required. 
  • Sourcing new and manage current local accounts within the area to drive revenue. 
  • Attending local industry events to maximise opportunities. 

Here's an idea of what your shift pattern look like:
  • 5 days over 7
  • Full Time - Permanent 

Here's what you need to bring to the role:
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a proactive sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, someone who strives for excellence and sets high personal performance standards.
  • Someone who takes the initiative and drives for results.
  • Set high personal performance standards.
  • Organized, able to make robust judgments and prioritize.
  • Honest, transparent, and consistent
  • Have a flexible approach with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong commercial experience
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
  • Be passionate about food, beverage, and service
