We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead new business growth while expanding sales with existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading suppliers and premium brands, manage your own territory, and earn an uncapped bonus based on performance!

What You’ll Do:

 Drive New Business & Sales Growth – Identify and convert new customers while maximising opportunities with existing accounts.
 
 Manage Your Own Territory – Focus on pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and leisure venues, building a strong pipeline of new and repeat business.
 
 Develop Long-Term Customer Relationships – Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they benefit from our market-leading supplier network and category expertise.
 
 End-to-End Sales Process – From first meeting to active trading, confidently negotiate, close deals, and manage accounts for sustained success.
 
 Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with our field-based procurement team, Customer Service, and senior management to drive revenue and member engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

 Proven Field Sales Experience – A strong track record in food & drink, hospitality, catering, or leisure industry sales.
 
 Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to develop long-term, trust-based client relationships with new and existing customers.
 
 Commercial & Negotiation Expertise – Confidence in handling end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
 
 Industry Knowledge – Understanding of the UK’s catering, licensing, and leisure sectors to offer relevant solutions.
 
 Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
 
 Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written abilities to engage clients and internal teams.
 
 Tech-Savvy & Organised – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn internal CRM systems.
 
 Full UK Driving Licence – Essential for client visits in this field-based role.
