Job Introduction

The main purpose of this role is to provide sales support for the business from the aspect of maintaining processes and administration.

 

The main focus of the role is to handle the day to day processing and administrative workload for the sales teams, with a key focus on trade partnerships This is an office-based role that will also require the Trade Sales Administrator to liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders where required.

 

The key accountabilities of this role include: -

  • Being the day to day point of contact for all Trade partners, via phone / email
  • Dealing with all inbound ad-Trade enquiries
  • Maintaining Strong relationships with all existing partners
  • Processing of all Trade bookings
  • Dealing with all Trade post sales queries
  • Management of all Trade folders / contracts
  • Working closely with ESM’s around Trade strategies
  • Maintaining Trade Pipeline
  • Understanding of all Trade commission structures
  • Management of Trade Portal

Who you are:

The ideal candidate for this role will: -

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills, this role is admin and process heavy
  • Work effectively independently and be able to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Communicate effectively both over the telephone and via email
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office and all KP software
  • Have experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding of CRM
  • Self-motivation and desire to achieve and exceed goals
  • Experience and knowledge of Sporting & Cultural events desirable
  • Someone who holds the Compass Values of Integrity, Team Work, Passion, Can-do and Responsibility

30k Basic
