Location: WC1H 9LT
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus travel
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage an efficient and effective relief service in accordance with standards and statutory regulations
- To work on a shift basis as required by the business and cover units as and when required within an allocated region
- Create, own and manage personal development plan
- Take full accountability for the food provision in the relevant site
- To fully understand the CH&CO brand in terms of food and food service
- To strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide an excellent relief service
- To keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Will have B&I contract catering experience
- Restaurant experience
- Passionate about fresh food and latest food trends
- Comfortable to assist with sales presentations
- Creative and innovative thinker
