Support the leadership and development of the events team within the Centre, inspiring exceptional service delivery. Oversee daily operations, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining high standards. Contribute to financial performance by monitoring and achieving departmental targets. Senior Events Manager - The Role

  • To develop and support the leadership of the events team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Focusing on team development, implementing training sessions and building skills.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day event operations, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Understanding how the rota is put together and able to plan and book staff when required.
  • Take responsibility for personal and team health & safety adherence, leading safety walks and ensuring safety conversations are up to date
  • Listen to customer comments and deal with them as appropriate or pass them on to a relevant member of staff to ensure prompt follow-up action is taken
  • Conduct regular team meetings, ensuring open two-way communication.
  • Developing knowledge of the financial side of the business, looking at labor targets and contributing to financial success.
  • Assist in leading and developing a strong, high-performing events team.
  • To ensure consistent quality service delivery taking part in the daily tastings with Chefs and temperature checks on the floors
  • Ensuring set standards are met for each event on a daily basis

  • Always strives to deliver above and beyond the expectations set by management, customer and client
  • Has a proven desire for the delivery of the highest quality of service and food offer obtainable
  • Has the drive to ensure that all results are attained in the most professional and honest manner
