We’re currently recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to lead and enhance operations across Catering, Facilities, and Retail services at RAF Wyton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
What you'll be doing
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery across all operational areas. You’ll inspire and manage a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and uphold our strong commitment to safety, service, and customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating teams across Facilities, Catering, and Retail to deliver exceptional service
Managing resources, labour, and budgets efficiently
Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
Overseeing third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with SLAs
Championing health, safety, and compliance across all operations
Driving employee engagement and team development

You should have:
Proven experience in a management role within the Soft FM industry
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Financial and commercial acumen

Strong computer and administrative skills
