Key Result Areas

  1. To collate and provide the necessary data for the weekly operational report to the contract management team.
  2. Check attendance systems and process payroll data for in a timely and accurate manner.
     
  3. Day to day management support and communication with Support Services, Operations Manager and supervisory team. Ability to lead services when line manager is on annual leave.
     
  4. Assist with HR processes such as note taking, return to work and investigations.
     
  5. Check compliance by keeping personnel records, training, uniform, DBS & Right to Work information up to date for all staff.
     
  6. Monitor & maintain personnel records to ensure that all required information is present including return to works, job descriptions, contract of employment, expression of wish and right to work documentation is current.
  7. Be the key contact with recruitment manager and ensure that correct interviews take place, new starters are inducted, welcomed and trained effectively and monitor use of agency and bank staff.
     
  8. Oversee planning and production of Allocation / Holiday planning ensuring effective and economic deployment of the team and adequate cover is available. Keep master rotas up to date with current members of staff and update line manager with explanations for variances in hours each week.

Ensuring that a high standard of customer service is a priority, whilst understanding the importance of the efficient use of resources.

 

Responsible for assisting with policy and proposals for change in Support Services.

 

Ensures that equipment is in good working order and that staff use it correctly.

 

To supervise the day-to-day operation of Support Services including responsibility for rectification, training, absence management and HR related investigations in line with company policies and procedures.

 

Monitors and maintains systems/processes in relation to Support Services. 

 

Undertakes surveys or audits where necessary.

 

Ensures all information and data is accurate and handled in an appropriate way.

 

To ensure that confidentiality is observed at all times and that matters relating to duties undertaken or information received during the course of duties remains confidential.

 

To make sure you meet the legal, company and client regulations for fire, health, safety and the environment.

What we'll give:

A new and exciting role has arisen at Chasefarm Hospital within the security Department. This is an full time position, 5/7 days a week on a rotational basis. Need to be full flexible. The right candidate needs to hold a SIA badge and a valid UK driving license 

 

The wage for this role is £11.50 an hour
