We're currently recruiting a dedicated Site Services Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients and customers that meets or exceeds their expectation. To complete all Quest Services duties including welcoming customers, answering telephones and completion of general administration in an efficiency and professional manner. To provide and maintain an efficient and cost effective mailing service at Medtronic whilst also providing office assistance throughout the building and specifically in the meeting rooms.
Our ideal Site Services Co-Ordinator will:
  • Excellence communication skills in order to be able to make customers feel welcome
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High standards of personal  hygiene and presentation
  • Basic computer literacy to complete administrative tasks
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous Receptionist Experience working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
  • Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area
