Location: E20 1JQ
Salary: £38,750 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, between Monday- Sunday, 7am - 3:30pm
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- To support the head chef in running the kitchen
- Oversee daily operations when head chef is absent
- Supervise and train the Commis chef
- Maintain food quality and standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in ordering, stock taking and kitchen compliance guidelines
- Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal Sous Chef will:
- Ideally come from contract catering background
- Be flexible and approachable
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
- Passionate about great-tasting food
- Attention to detail, time management
