Sous Chef – Guinness Open Gate Brewery, London
Salary: £40,000- £50,000 per annum plus tronc
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7
Opening December 2025
Guinness Open Gate Brewery London – a ground-breaking, four-floor destination in the heart of the capital, opening December 2025. At the heart of this iconic space will be two unique restaurant concepts, designed to deliver world-class food experiences that celebrate innovation, storytelling, and the spirit of Guinness.
We’re looking for Sous Chefs to lead from the front, drive excellence, and be part of our wonderful kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
