Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate and excellent craft-skilled Sous Chef to assist in the operation of Patient and Staff Dining at a prestigious private hospital in Central London (The Princess Grace Hospital).
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) with flexible hours on a weekly rota basis. Shift times are either 6am-2pm or 1pm-9pm and can be any 5 days each week.
The ideal candidate must have experience working within a high profile facility. We pride ourselves on offering a food service that is second to none. Reporting to the Head Chef and working alongside an amazing team of Chefs and Butlers, helping to bring the best food trends and fashions to our patients on a daily basis.

*Rota and labour planning. Whole team must have a flexible availability as the service is to provide Breakfast, Lunch and Supper for patients and staff, 7 days a week.
*IT literate.
*Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and work well within a team.
*Immaculate personal presentation, outgoing, passionate, excellent customer service and communication skills are required for this highly visible position.
