Role Highlights:
- Lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards in the Head Chef’s absence
- Manage kitchen tasks: ordering, stocktaking, and due diligence
- Support in developing creative menus, ensuring consistency and quality
- Uphold Health & Safety and food safety standards
- Collaborate with a positive team and contribute to an innovative kitchen environment
