Sous Chef Opportunity – Central London

Location: Central London
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: £17.70 per hour, with overtime at 1.5x
Benefits: Extra week of annual leave

Role Highlights:
  • Lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Manage kitchen tasks: ordering, stocktaking, and due diligence
  • Support in developing creative menus, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Uphold Health & Safety and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with a positive team and contribute to an innovative kitchen environment
