Job Introduction
Location: London
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £38,500 + Overtime at x1.5 rate
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and quality delivery.
- Lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, maintaining high standards across the board.
- Handle kitchen administration, including stock-taking, ordering, allergens, and due diligence.
- Manage both fine dining and staff dining, adapting to a fast-paced environment and last-minute requests.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a unified dining experience.
- Cross-train across the kitchen, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Expertise in all areas of the kitchen, with a focus on fine dining.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and food safety standards.
