Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £15.50 per hour + service charge + overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (0730 – 1600) with optional evening and weekend hours available

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes served.
- Manage stock levels, control costs, and align budgets with business goals.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering growth and learning within the kitchen.

- Experience: Proven background as a Sous Chef in high-end or luxury establishments.
