Job Introduction
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, innovative dishes
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Support in menu development and planning, bringing creativity and fresh ideas
- Oversee food hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen
- Manage stock control and ordering, maintaining cost efficiency
- Mentor and support junior team members in their development

- Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
- To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
- Support all areas of the Kitchen as required
- To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy
Our ideal Chef will:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering quality and consistency
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
