Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £16.77 per hour

Are you passionate about food and ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We’re looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations

  • Prepare high-quality dishes consistently

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards

  • Support menu development and stock control

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

  • Strong culinary skills and creativity

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Food hygiene certification preferred
