Sous Chef – Equinor, Central London
Salary: £42,260 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours (7:30am–4pm)
We’re searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team at Equinor in central London. You’ll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high-performing kitchen. What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
- Ensure dishes meet customer and dietary expectations
