Location: Yeovil
Salary: £15.73 per hour
Hours: 40 per week (5 days out of 7, shifts may vary)

What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef with menu creation, prep, and smooth daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage stock, ordering, and waste reduction
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Control food costs and support budget targets
- Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Deliver dishes that meet client and customer expectations, including dietary needs
