Sous Chef - St Christopher's Hospice, Sydenham

  • £30000-£33000 DOE
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days over 7
  • Shift Pattern 7am-3pm/10am-6pm
  • Flexibility to include weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Knowledge of HACCP and IDDSI preferable but not essential 
  • Uniform Provided

Our ideal Chef will:

  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Have experience supervising a team
  • Have experience in a similar Chef role
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Have a flexible approach to working
