Part time Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and people-focused Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator to join the Events team at Rocket Food. This role is central to the successful delivery of events, supporting the recruitment and scheduling.
Working closely with the Events, Operations and People & Culture teams, you will help ensure staffing operations are efficient, accurate and compliant across a busy and varied events calendar. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in people development.

Staffing and Recruitment
- Support recruitment planning and delivery in line with the annual events cycle
- Coordinate regular onboarding sessions and admin around recruitment
- Act as a first point of contact for front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support
- A mix of office involving staff bookings and out On-site events – event delivery and operations, staffing check-inand security sign in.
- Screening CV’s and applications forms.
- Manage the recruitment inbox, handle administration/paper work and incoming queries.
- Ensure compliance of right to work and other onboarding documents(training provided).
- Assisting with the recruitment and management of temporary staff for events.
- Sourcing the right people, phone screening on a one-to-one basis, interviewing candidates with the right skills to join our teams and shifts.
