As a Storeman and Finance Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery Management
- Stock Management
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Cleanliness Maintenance
- Loading & Unloading.
- General Support: Assist with various tasks to support effective food service delivery as required by management.
- Order Processing
- Invoice Verification
- Stock Quality Monitoring: Supervise the receipt, storage, and quality of food supplies, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Waste Management
- Documentation Management: Ensure timely submission of all auditable paperwork to the Accounts Department.
- Customer Relations: Maintain excellent customer service and positive relationships at all times.
- Reporting
- Previous experience in a stock management or finance administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service and administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer systems and software.
