We’re looking for a Sustainability Insights Solution Manager to join E15 Insights and help turn complex sustainability data into meaningful business insight. Sustainability Insights Solution Manager – The Role

As part of E15 Insights, you’ll champion the development of data and insight solutions for Levy, with a particular focus on sustainability. You’ll work across sports stadia, arenas, theatres and other venues, partnering with sustainability leaders and wider stakeholders to create robust tools that measure performance, identify opportunities and support strategic decision making.

• Own and develop dashboards and performance measurement tools covering key sustainability areas including carbon emissions, food-related impacts, waste, packaging and sourcing
• Act as a central hub for sustainability data, analytics and measurement methodologies, establishing definitions and standards that support consistent and credible reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate sustainability reporting and reduce manual processes
• Develop tools and solutions that incorporate new sustainability data sources and reporting requirements
• Translate complex sustainability data into clear, actionable business insights, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
• Work with internal and external partners to improve data quality, completeness and governance across sustainability datasets
• Stay up to date with emerging sustainability reporting requirements, industry best practice and measurement methodologies
• Partner with sustainability leadership to develop evidence-based insights, scenario modelling and impact assessments that support Levy’s sustainability strategy
• Develop automated sustainability reporting and analysis to support client presentations, bid submissions, retention activity and strategic projects
• Lead the development of reporting frameworks and analytics for social value initiatives, including community engagement, employability, diversity and inclusion, charitable partnerships and wider social impact programmes
• Work with stakeholders to ensure social value outcomes can be consistently measured, monitored and communicated
• Work with the E15 Insights Solutions team to build data-fed products and solutions that deliver business impact
• Take ownership of solutions end-to-end, from planning and design through to release and ongoing management
• Use your technical expertise across data ingestion, cleansing, analysis and visualisation to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Own projects and workflows to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, while collaborating with the wider E15 Insights team 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong data and analytical skills with a genuine passion for sustainability and the ability to turn complex information into something people can understand and act on.

• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query, data visualisation and dashboard development
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Experience working with sustainability, ESG, environmental or social impact datasets is desirable
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting methodologies and frameworks is desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Familiarity with Databricks, SQL, Power Automate or similar data tools is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to developing business solutions
• Ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts and technical metrics in a simple, engaging and actionable way
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how data can be used to improve business performance
• A genuine passion for sustainability and an understanding of how environmental and social performance can create long-term business value
• A planned and methodical approach, balanced with the ability to adapt and respond quickly when priorities change
• A self-starter who takes ownership, works independently and delivers against deadlines
• Collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across different functions and geographies
• A genuine appetite to learn, develop and stay up to date with emerging sustainability and data trends
