Location: EC2V 5DD

Rate of Pay: £25,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 32 hours per week, 4 days a week 

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the smooth running of all administrative matters within the site. Maintains account records and data accurately and handles cash. Represents CH&CO at the site in a professional and friendly way both face to face and over the telephone.

 

  • Provide full administrative support to the site management team responsible for producing documents, reports, meeting minutes.
  • Complete all necessary CH&CO internal accounts as required with accuracy and attention to detail using relevant procedures and systems.
  • Compile accurate daily statistics as necessary from departmental records.
  • Liaise with heads of departments to compile accurate weekly stock take reports.
  • Ensure all equipment on site is compliant and working
  • Collate cleaning schedules, temperature records and ensure they have been completed correctly.
  • Responsible for cash handling, banking, managing recharges and creating function invoices as necessary for the site.
  • Manage administrative systems for diary management and the coordination of holidays within the site team.
  • Organise and maintain efficiently any filing systems and perform administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.
  • Efficient and environmentally aware usage of print and copying facilities in order to minimise costs.
  • Integrate with the team to provide support, dealing with customer and client enquiries Undertake office duties as required in a manner that appropriately presents the CH&CO brand.
  • Ensure the Catering Office is presented in a tidy and attractive manner in line with the CH&CO brand.
