We are currently recruiting a dedicated Team Member to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Levy on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

More about the role:
The overall purpose of the role Event Team Member at Levy is to ensure the smooth operation and success of events held at The Scottish Event Campus (SEC). As an Event Team Member plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences to all visitors.
- Working alongside other team members in delivering food and drink services in accordance with event instructions
- Serving customers and clients, managing sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly regarding the sale and service of alcohol for those over 18 years old
- Fostering a positive work environment where staff members are encouraged to excel and shine in their roles
About you:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or events-related role is desirable, with demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
