We have an opportunity for a Unit Manager to come on board and join the ESS NTEP team, and be responsible for managing both Nesscliffe and Swynnerton Training Camp’s.
More about the role:
You will be responsible for managing both sites in terms of service delivering of the catering service, management of Ration accounts and food accounts. Looking after a team 20 talented and passionate individuals that are providing a first-class service to military personal.
Who you are:
We would be expecting applications from candidates proven operational management experience within a contract catering environment with sound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworks, Sound financial acumen and experienced in managing budgets and growing sales.
This role would be ideal for a head chef, catering manager or chef manager looking to make the step up into management.
This is also a Monday to Friday role
