Job Introduction
VIP Hospitality Manager - the role in a nutshell.
- Lead the delivery of exceptional, personalized service in the Chairman’s Suite, collaborating with the Premium Team, chefs, and clients to drive innovative hospitality.
- Ensure consistent quality in food, beverage, and service, while managing supplier relationships to keep everything running smoothly.
- As a leader, you’ll oversee recruitment and training to build a high-performing team, foster a positive culture, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Manage accurate billing, stock levels, and support the C&E team with profit and loss tracking for non-match day events, all while upholding the highest standards of service and representing the brand.
What we are looking for:
- An experienced hospitality leader with a background in high-end environments, whether it’s private members clubs, fine dining restaurants, or luxury event settings.
- Experience as a VIP Hospitality Manager/Operations Manager/Restaurant Manager with experience of leading teams.
- You have a passion for exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-profile clients.
- You’re confident, discreet, and thrive under pressure, always going the extra mile to elevate the guest experience.
- Your knowledge of food and beverage, especially wine, is enviable.
- You’re a natural leader who can motivate a team to deliver world-class service, every time.
