Levy UK at Chelsea Football Club cater for an estimated 1.15 million fans annually; delivering catering across 43 public outlets, 58 boxes and 20 suites on match-days. There are over 1,000 corporate and private events are held at Stamford Bridge each year along with a growing, forward-thinking collection of catering solutions across the rest of the business.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Women’s First Team kitchen operation including menu planning, food preparation, service execution and people management.
- Work closely with suppliers and club client to maintain the higher standards of food quality and service excellence.
- Ensure all food and consumable costs are kept within budget and communicated with the wider Chelsea FC client, Operations Manager and Executive Chef
- Liaise with the Chelsea FC client regarding busy periods, club changes and Levy directives to ensure concise communication is upheld.
- Traveling with the Women’s first team to games all over the world.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen preferably in a sports or hospitality setting along with relevant culinary qualification
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and food safety best practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning

- Comfortable to travel anywhere that is need with the team with short notice
- Create, update and executive diverse and nutritionally balanced menus, tailored to the dietary needs of athletes and coaching staff, considering seasonality, dietary restrictions and cultural preferences.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety are maintained
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control across all areas of the training ground
- Develop and manage the kitchen's annual budget, ensuring cost control, inventory management, and efficient procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, including taste tests, portion control, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Chelsea client to coordinate catering for special events and any other food service needs
