Account Manager - Procurement
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + amazing package
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday (1-2 days working from home)

The key purpose of this role is to provide procurement direction to our workplace business situated across the UK looking after Vacherin and G+G.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Create, own and manage personal development plan
- Supports & delivers CH & CO Group business strategy across the Group Procurement function
- Responsible for the compliance within the supply chain
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders up to the Senior Leadership team to understand and align Procurements objectives with Operational requirements and visa versa.
- Participates in and implements procurement transformation throughout CH & Co Group.
- Lead and execute procurement projects across operations and central support teams
- Contributes and support the business in the ongoing development of the purchasing strategy through the introduction & implementation of leading edge and best practice techniques
- Undertake rigorous business requirement analysis and support the alignment of category strategies to CH & Co Group’s business objectives.
- Manages large procurement programmes and expenditure environments.
- Input into implementation of activities that drive towards Procurement & Supply Chain’s progress toward world class procurement.
- Drive strategies of supplier and product/service rationalisation through cross-functional reviews with the Group Procurement Director and Operational senior leaders.
- Leads and facilitates appropriate cross-functional working Groups to seek and implement innovative, business & profit growth developments.
- Communicate procurement activity in accordance with stated ethics, CSR and other procurement and legal policies

- Be able to identify, manage & deliver projects
- Be a strategic thinker with operational experience in a fast paced catering environment with the ability to build teams
- Will have excellent communication (verbal & non-verbal) skills, ability to translate to the listeners language, able to influence and lead people and be a strong team player
