About the Role
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement? What You’ll Do
As a Business Improvement Lead, you will:
- Analyse Processes: Assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Lead Projects: Manage improvement initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Apply data analysis to measure impact and inform strategies.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate across departments and secure buy-in for change.
- Champion Change: Develop and implement change management strategies, inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working.
- Train and Develop: Create and deliver training materials to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate Best Practice: Benchmark against industry standards and explore cross-sector opportunities.
- Report Progress: Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track success.
- Think Strategically: Support the development of an external-facing business consulting function.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Essential:
- Experienced in process improvement and transformation within a large, multi-site organisation.
- Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Improvement or similar.
- Skilled in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical, innovative, and adaptable to ambiguity.
- A strong communicator with the ability to influence and lead change.
Desirable:
- Background in management consulting.
- Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Aris) and SAP.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean or similar methodologies.
