Job Introduction
Day to day you’ll be providing awesome customer service to our students and university staff in one of our most popular cafes, taking care to make every customer experience an awesome one. In addition to this you’ll enjoy the following;
- Supervise the team, helping them deliver great customer service
- Follow brand standards and audit compliance
- Craft great coffee and lots of them – this is a busy unit and working calm in busy periods is key
- Produce weekly staff rotas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Support the manager in achieving your financial targets
- Order and count stock, cash up tills and other admin tasks
- Most importantly, have fun at work. Learn, develop and meet some great people
