What you’ll be doing:
The Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall is the largest dedicated conference, events and Exhibition space in Leeds. Our venue offers world-class facilities for high-profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, awards dinners and corporate events for up to 2,500 delegates, hosting more than 380 national and international events every year.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dedicated catering team at The Royal Armouries. You will report into the Executive Chef and be responsible for producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly innovative corporate environment. Purpose of the role:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting delicious, high-quality food to menu specifications, on a day-to-day basis as well as special events
- Taking pride in your work and share agreed standards with your team
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Ensuring that Compass standards and procedures are followed
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
