Job Introduction
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor you will provide cleaning supervisory support to a single contract covering cleaning services across numerous UK sites. To manage, train, and develop cleaning operatives to deliver to the agreed site specific requirements and in line with the agreed contractual KPI's. You will also drive cleaning standards across all sites and look for ways for improvement, to support on site clients with knowledge and guidance on the correct schedule to improve standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- To provide hands on cover for team members holidays & support with new starter inductions
- To carry out audits of the sites and ensure that all levels of the service are maintained to the highest standard and in line with contractual KPI, s.
- To ensure that all training needs are monitored and the required mandatory training sessions are carried out to the company requirements.
- Continue to improve customer services and standards.
- To support the recruitment process of new team members
- To make sure you are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for HSE
About you:
Essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Supervisory level within the cleaning Industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving License

- IOSH
