Levy is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), supporting the delivery of exceptional food experiences across conferences, exhibitions, live events, and premium hospitality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious chef looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, high-volume events environment.

The Role

  • Supporting the Chef de Partie in managing a designated section of the kitchen

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications

  • Maintaining consistency in presentation and portion control

  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times

  • Assisting with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste

  • Contributing positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture

About You

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen

  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy live events

  • Passion for quality ingredients and high standards

  • A team-focused attitude with a desire to develop further
