We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join a busy, professional hospitality operation in Northamptonshire on a maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the front of house team during daily service.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Managing day-to-day team operations, including workflow, attendance, and shift cover.
- Training and inducting new team members.
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supervising a front of house or hospitality team.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to remain organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Food Hygiene certification is advantageous but not essential.
