Hospitality Supervisor - Monday-Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:00am to 04:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • On a day-to-day basis you’ll plan, organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided 
  • To manage and deliver hospitality requirements at Vodafonethree to the highest standard
  • You’ll ensure that the service provided is first-class through training and motivating the team.
  • You’ll organise and supervise the team in preparing and presenting food to the highest quality.
  • Managing team of up to 4 during large conference/ corporate events
  • Providing service between 10 and up to 400 individuals, mainly conferencing as well as small meetings within the vodafonethree set up 
  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards  
  • Work with the Catering Manager to maximise sales at the relevant site
  • You’ll ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Will have outstanding customer service skills and contagious smile
  • Is flexible & approachable
  • Have good knowledge of food hygiene 
  • Good time management skills
  • Meeting and events operational background would be ideal, but we would welcome individuals from a hotel F&B background
