We're on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly while helping deliver extraordinary food experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
Manage general administrative tasks.
Our Ideal Catering Supervisor:
Passionate about great food and delivering exceptional customer service.
A minimum of two years' experience in a catering environment.
Experienced in managing teams in a similar role.
Holds a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to upskill and grow.
