Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant & Private Dining Manager to be based at an exclusive business site in the heart of Mayfair.

Number Twenty raises the bar for client engagement and business convening; a sophisticated and private venue for everything from breakfast meetings, business luncheons and client dinners.  Your role will be to support the overall operation and ensure that first class dining services enhance the overall experience for guests at every occasion.

To manage all areas of the Restaurant and Private dining floor, from health and safety responsibilities, to menu printing and business sheet reviews, to the serving of guests

Number Twenty hosts a range of facilities including:

  • Private Rooms for Meeting and Dining all day
  • 56-seat Restaurant, with Chef’s Table
  • Conference and Event Facilities
  • Bar & Rooftop Terrace, Business Lounge & Meeting Areas
  • Refresh Pods for Clients and Partners

Essentially open from Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 11.00pm, you will be required to have the flexibility to work as per business requirements.

This exclusive and prestigious facility requires applicants that are committed to deliver exceptionally high standards and will work as a team to provide a seamless and professional catering and event service, representative of 5 star service across the guest journey .

  • Ability to run and oversee high standards within our restaurant and private dining at all times
  • Ability to manage and look after a team of people while developing and training them
  • To work closely with the team of chefs
  • Nurture our  “One Team” ethos across all floors
  • Upholding high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Training and development of employees within the restaurant team

Who you are:

A person who is passionate about managing a Restaurant

  • Worked in high end restaurant or private dining establishments – hotel or restaurant background ideal
  • Good knowledgeable about wine and food
  • Understands the importance of customer service and ability to strive and implement improvement and innovations

What we'll give:

Maternity Cover to Start in January for 12 months

£37,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, in line with business needs – predominantly evenings.
