Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Support
- Partner with key financial and non-financial stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.
- Support sales teams with financial modelling, ensuring profitability aligns with expectations.
- Identify financial risks & opportunities, helping to navigate business growth effectively.
Performance & Analysis
- Deliver insightful financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Support operational teams in understanding financial performance and cost control.
- Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate reporting and balance sheet reviews.
- Manage working capital by improving billing processes and debt management.
People & Leadership
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted finance partner.
- Provide training to operational teams, improving financial literacy across the business.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, supporting their career development.

Essential Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in management accounting within a service business.
✔ Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide data-driven financial insights.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with non-finance teams.
✔ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience:
✔ Experience in events, premium hospitality, or CPU-led businesses.
✔ Knowledge of SAP, Cognos, Excel Macros, and VBA.
✔ Experience mentoring or training junior finance professionals.
