As a key member of the Inside Sales Team, you will work directly with the Head of Inside Sales and support the Inside Sales Marketing Department to define and deliver prospect-focused digital marketing strategies and campaigns across our compass group portfolio, all to support the teams agenda to deliver on and exceed new business growth targets.  

More about the role:

  • Work with Sales Directors and their supporting Business Development Executives to deliver tailored Linkedin Advertising campaigns, and email campaign strategy, throughout the financial year, aligned to their yearly growth new business targets
  • Balance various sector budgets throughout campaigns to ensure spend is being maximised
  • Draft and create all written copy for your marketing strategy with the support of your Marketing Executive. Including emails, articles, thought-leadership stories, adverts, brochures, website copy and more
  • Analyse advertising and campaign statistics and devise proactive approach to maximise findings and take next steps
  • Complete and develop roadmap of communications from first step of prospect engagement to final step across multi-million-pound new business contracts

Who you are:

  • A writer at heart. Comfortable getting stuck in to create engaging comms and written copy based off a brief. Including email campaigns, articles, thought-leadership stories, adverts, brochures, website copy and more
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with Linkedin Advertising platforms e.g., Campaign Manager and ability to optimise and report on paid advertising analytics
  • A proven track record of delivering high performing marketing campaigns which have contributed to revenue growth targets
  • Strong people management skills able to create high performing teams
  • Evidence of leading and participating in cross functional collaboration
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a sales environment preferable
