Job Introduction
Project Coordinator – Mobilisation & Operations
Hybrid role
Salary: Up to £31,930 per annum, depending on experience
Are you highly organised, great at juggling multiple priorities and looking for a role where no two days are quite the same?
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Mobilisation & Projects team, providing hands-on coordination and administrative support across new site openings, operational projects and ongoing business activity.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, reporting, diary management and on-site mobilisation support. You’ll work closely with our Mobilisation Managers and operational teams, helping to keep projects organised, actions on track and our sites fully supported.
This isn't a purely desk-based role. Our mobilisations happen where our operations happen, so flexibility is important.
- You’ll be required to work from the office three days per week (Rubery, B45 9PZ)
- You must be comfortable travelling to sites and have access to a vehicle to support mobilisations and projects
- There will be occasional weekend working when required to support key mobilisation activity
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting new contract mobilisations, from pre-opening administration through to hands-on support on site
- Coordinating project actions involving various stakeholders and departments and providing updates
- Managing administration for our site information hub, including regular reporting
- Producing monthly operational reports covering areas such as allergens, wastage and stocktaking
- Managing diaries and schedules for the team
- Coordinating and tracking site visits, reports and follow-up actions
- Coordinating finance charges, sending welcome packs for new mobilisations and internal compliance levels
- Keeping project trackers, documentation and key information accurate and up to date
- Providing wider coordination support to the Mobilisation & Projects team as priorities develop
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment and can confidently manage several workstreams at once.
You’ll have:
- Previous experience in a project coordination, mobilisation or operations support role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to chase actions and keep activity moving
- Experience within catering, facilities management, hospitality or a multisite operational environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
Why join us?
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within projects and mobilisation. You’ll get exposure to projects from initial planning through to launch and post-mobilisation review, working alongside operational teams and gaining a real understanding of what it takes to successfully bring new sites into operation.
