We’re now seeking an inspirational Regional Manager to lead our Asda Café operations — a dynamic, people-focused leader who’s passionate about hospitality, retail, and results. What You’ll Be Doing
As Regional Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of Asda Café sites, leading and inspiring a team of Unit Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, consistent brand standards, and strong commercial performance.
You’ll be visible, hands-on, and full of energy — a true ambassador for both One Retail and Asda, ensuring every café feels like the heart of the store and a hub for the local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing café managers and their teams.
- Driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your region.
- Ensuring brand standards, food quality, and safety are consistently high.
- Building strong relationships with Asda Store Managers and colleagues.
- Analysing performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Supporting new café openings, mobilisations, and innovation initiatives.
- Shaping and delivering a regional business plan that drives both people and profit.

- Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen.
- A track record of leading teams to deliver service excellence and sales growth.
- The ability to inspire, coach, and hold people accountable.
- A customer-first mindset with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with clients and partners.
