Job Introduction
A Regional Process Consultant supports the design, build and implementation of common business processes, data and solutions for Compass as part of the global business transformation programme (Matrix).
More about the role:
Key responsibilities:
- Leads workshops and supports ongoing business engagement for Matrix, to achieve the objective of 90%/10% Core/Local template adoption within deployment countries.
- Engages with relevant in-country Directors, Country Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts, to ensure alignment on processes, solutions and drives value orchestration in countries and across the region
- Works within the defined deliverables for the Matrix programme, including data model definition for relevant process areas and gives guidance on effective in-country data preparation
- Works closely with Compass D&T colleagues and with System integrator partners to ensure on time delivery and quality of programme deliverables and deployment activity
- Proactively manages Matrix adoption within in countries, to ensure process integrity and efficiency. Escalates issues (if required) to the Regional Process Owner, ensuring awareness of significant opportunities or issues
- Works with Regional Process Owners & Business Readiness Lead to understand and assess the readiness state of countries on the deployment roadmap
Who you are:
Our Ideal candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Compass business (across multiple countries - an advantage but not mandatory)
- Ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate stakeholders of all levels
- Experienced in delivering business results in complex environments
- Great communication skills
- Has the ability to build good working relationship with different teams across the organisation and across countries
- Skilled in managing a portfolio of business issues that cross short and long-term strategic objectives
- Adept at looking cross functionally and weighing competing ideas and priorities
- Proficiency in English language (Bilingual an advantage)
