The Role:
Lead kitchen operations in a high-volume retail food environment
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
Work with suppliers to manage stock and control costs
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Head Chef with a background in retail, hospitality, or contract catering
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for fresh, high-quality food and innovative menus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Food safety and hygiene certification (Level 3 preferred)
