We’re recruiting for a high performing Store Manager to help our business to continue to grow and succeed.
Our Store Managers work hard, their role as ‘shopkeepers’ means they run their stores with an entrepreneurial spirit, with their customers and colleagues remaining their number one priority. Leading a team of upto10 through strong leadership to ensure the store is a great place for people to work and shop, making our core shop offering strong and consistent. It’s a given that as a Store Manager you’re ultimately responsible for driving KPI’s and overseeing the store operation, but your team are key to delivering the day to day. We’re looking for Store Managers who can deliver more than just the numbers. We’re looking for leaders who can create and build a diverse team and drive their KPI’s through their people but are also prepared to be hands-on and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the store looks its best every day and treat it like your own business
- Process orders and manage deliveries
- Produce staff rosters to cover a 7-day operation
- Carry out regular stock takes
- Work towards financial KPI’s
Who you are:
Our store managers must have previous experience in the retail industry (ideally food). Experience of managing customer facing and high turnover is essential. Aswell as...
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to listen and respond.
- Strong coaching skills. You must be able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working.
- An eye for detail with high standards
- The ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team.
- A team player who is prepared to be hands on when needed
- Experience working with retail software and stock ordering systems
