Sales Executive – Foodbuy Group

  Location: Brighton/Aberdeen |   Field-Based with HQ Visits (Bristol)

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our membership base and drive sales growth with our key national suppliers. If you’re ambitious, customer-focused, and eager to develop your career in business development, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

 Drive Business Growth – Identify and unlock new sales opportunities for our members through strategic partnerships with leading national suppliers.
 
 Collaborate with Key Teams – Work closely with Procurement Managers, Customer Service teams, and senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
 
 Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they maximise value from our supplier network.
 
 Hit & Exceed Growth Targets – Play a key role in supporting our year-on-year sales growth and ambitious expansion plans.
 
 Field-Based Role – Regularly meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit our HQ near Bristol on a monthly basis.

What We’re Looking For:

  Sales Experience in Food & Drink or Hospitality – Recent or current field sales experience in the food & drink or leisure & hospitality industry.
 
  Commercial & Customer Focus – A passion for sales, business development, and delivering outstanding customer service.
 
  Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
 
  Excellent Communication Skills – Confident, friendly, and professional, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
 
  Tech-Savvy & Organised – Good MS Office (Word, Excel) skills and the ability to learn and use internal CRM systems effectively.
 
  Full UK Driving Licence – Essential for field-based client visits.
