Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse and logistics operations at ExCeL London. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant management of all stock, deliveries, and storage, supporting Levy’s mission to deliver exceptional experiences at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration.
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure all warehouse and storage practices comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with event, kitchen, and operations teams to plan and coordinate stock requirements for events.
Implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery.
Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting related to warehouse operations.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, taking proactive action to address operational challenges.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse operations management, ideally within hospitality, events, or FMCG sectors.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics planning.
Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
