- Location: Walking distance from Bank Station, London
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Salary: £43,570 per annum

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and overseeing a skilled team.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Support menu planning and innovation, ensuring a diverse and exciting culinary offering.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Efficiently manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless service.
