Job Introduction
- Location: Walking distance from City Thameslink, London
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week

About the Role:
- Lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth daily service.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
- Maintain impeccable food hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and support your team.
- Knowledge of current food trends and a commitment to culinary excellence.
